Women in Literature

Syllabus

Extra Credit

 

Women in Literature is a one semester course for juniors or seniors. Students who pass the course will earn 1/2 credit in language arts.
 
During the course students will analyze women's roles in literature from ancient Greek mythology to contemporary literature. Students read a number of works written by women. Classroom discussion focuses on literary analysis and women's issues historically and in the present.
